The South Big Horn Niners Dart League voted to implement By Laws in order to have a road map of sorts to give future League Officers some guidelines and structure to this Organization. This is a great improvement from the past where much information was passed along from one person to the next.

The 'Niners' also voted to adopt Official NDA rules of play so that we are using standardized and widely accepted rules. This enables us to travel to other areas for tournaments and play with confidence knowing that we able to deal with issues that may arise at the dartboard. It also elevates our play on our 'home court' by discarding the old 'house rules' that may tend to be obsolete.
