The schedule for the Spring
League has been created and ready to download to the dart boards. We
have 8 teams and will play for 8 weeks. Good luck everyone!
Spring
Schedule

Mission
accomplished! Congratulations to the League and to the top finishers
this year: Hiway Heroes, Snafu, and One Whole Out - nice job guys!!
For those of you who did not
participate in the last meeting:
The Dart Party will be held on the 22nd of January, starting at noon at
the Stockmans in Basin, and the Spring League will begin on the 1st of
February.
The format for the spring
league will be a 7 game match of Cricket 200. The handicap system will
be in place and handicaps will be established as the matches are played,
not in advance like we did for the fall season. Sign up sheets have been
distributed and the deadline is the 24th of Jan.
Also decided at the meeting,
we will purchase a traveling trophy to be awarded next season for the
most improved player. The trophy will be in honor of Shawna Winstead and
bear a plaque in memory of.
Mitsie will be contacting
team captains to establish food requirements for the party.

Our hearts go out to Debbie,
Beth and Barbie for their loss of daughter and sister Shawna Winstead.
To say it is a tragedy is an understatement. On behalf of the Dart
League - our heartfelt condolences.

Week Six stats are updated and
available by clicking the link below. I found an issue with the way the handicap
stats were being calculated and corrected it. The issue related to how the stats
were reflected in history. The software setting was set to 'last' and the
problem created was that if a player didn't play in the previous week, his or
her PPD was reset to zero (0) and resulted in an established handicap not being
carried forward. It affected only a few substitute players. The software is now
set to 'current' and reflects the players current stats.

Week Five is in the books. I
forgot to create Printer PDF files of week four and I apologize for
that. I will make sure and do that in the upcoming weeks and it is done
for this week. You're welcome!
Oh - in addition to the Team
standings there are also Player standings. This report shows individual
player stats such as points per dart as well as the achievements earned.

UPDATE!!!!!
My apologies for neglecting
this web page. I will be more 'Johnny on the spot' with it in the
future.
I think everyone would agree
that the handicap system we are using this year adds an exciting twist
and sometimes a degree of difficulty to our games! Thank you all for
your patience as we learn this together.
I hope to have all the
league fall season info updated today. (First I have to figure out what
I need to do) Wish me luck...
